The Infinity Open was technically challenging as always, but good fun 🙂 I managed to trip and sprain my foot on the second-to-last stage on saturday, so sunday was interesting. I couldn’t put any weight on it, and couldn’t run at all. I tried to do a lot of shoot on the move on sunday, but it was quite difficult.
Placed as no. 46 with 64,55% – Henrik was at no. 21 with 75,62%

My training session was literally cut short today, since I didn’t have a spare firing pin in my bag. That’ll change shortly. And perhaps I’ll start using snap-caps for my dry-fire.
After almost slipping and fallen on a stage with wet grass and mud, I’ve decided to upgrade my shoes. I’ve been running enough, that I can probably use cleats or trail running shoes without wrecking everything.
Tested La Sportiva Crosslite and Salomon Speedcross 3 today. The Crosslites were waaaay tight on my wide feet. The Speedcross shoes were comfortable enough that I can imagine wearing them for an entire day of shooting, even though I had to go up into a size 47⅓ to have them fit length-wise 8) I ended up buying the Speedcross 3’s.
